atomicultimatum: (excited)

Jade doesn't know what you're talking about. But yes, of course, runes would be science. And math. Both, to be perfectly honest. It's just applying the outland mists in a "magic-y", fantastical sort of way that makes it magic. She'd be inclined to agree and no this decision wouldn't be biased at all, shh.

She is excited to show it to Tyzias again, and explain it as best as her elementary-school grade science knowledge (Admittedly amazing for her only learning this stuff for a month, has she been prioritizing Science and Reading over the other stuff? She'll likely only tell Tyzias the truth.) can articulate.

"Yeah, it is! It folds up space and time like its a piece of paper and makes the place I wanna go connect to the place I'm at, and then I'm there! She taps the googles a couple times curiously at the edges, before asking, "You want me to do it again? I can take us back inside! Or to the roof! Or, or anywhere! I think. I don't know how far I was when I accidentally teleportaled into the... teacher's relaxing room." She trails off, not liking how she forgot the word lounge, "I think a teacher person said it looked like green light and, and, the.. small lightning. Also green. And it's all glow-y too. Like lava from the volcano on my island!"

Great job, Tyzias. This is the most she's talked to anyone in the month or so she's been here.
