D lifts his head as Alt breaks into a jog, though it's difficult to tell if there's any recognition in his expression. Does he realize who Alt is? Or rather, who he used to be? Is this even the same D that knew him so long ago? They obviously look identical, so maybe...

But he makes no effect to chase the man. It's not until Alt is out of sight of the shop owner and perhaps no longer hurrying quite as quickly... that D steps out from a side street directly into Alt's path. He smiles, but the expression doesn't quite reach his eyes.

"You seem to be going somewhere in a hurry. Is there something troubling you, sir?"
