Probably not. If they had been friends and Yosuke moved away, Toki would have forgotten his name in like a month and never thought about him again. He didn't really have any non-superficial relationships before going to Daybreak. So pre-existing CR is doubtful, unless you'd want the negative CR of "wow, I totally don't remember you, dude."
