You already know that I'm probably going to have Val bring in Prinnies entirely because of Hibiki, somehow, dood. And they probably would be extra to each other, and she'll inevitably annoy Valvatorez, I'm sure.

Gunvolt here might make for a decent day-to-day sort of dynamic, considering he's a fellow Candle. He does kinda lack the sense of style and amore that Hibiki no doubt wants to see, but his lightning Radiance can put on a heck of a show, and he's only still growing at it. But what makes him interesting for this is twofold; in Daybreak, he's at least listened to idol music, so he could theoretically be familiar with Hibiki, or at least with some of the more common concepts she might speak of. He's also probably going to be a decent straight-man to her antics most of the time too, and offering plenty of snark along the way.

The other is that GV's founded and befriended an AI Core that's... well, got the personality, reputation, and career as an idol. Monarch was a fairly popular JPop idol, too. Though the Monarch persona and her concerts were a front for an evil corporation's foul machinations, the AI Core that housed Monarch and her personality is actually quite kind and playful. ...I fully expect Hibiki to flirt with her hologram at least once. And as such, it might make for good reason for them to continually interact? Dunno. Just throwing that one out there.

Being the reason Prinnies end up in the game is an honor and I remain endlessly touched by it, dood. From behind this barricade.

The idea that Gunvolt might know of Hibiki is intriguing, as is the opportunity for Hibiki to interact with Monarch - because, you're right, she would be much more interested in speaking to Monarch than Gunvolt. Depending on how things go I could absolutely see her ordering one around so she could be with the other more often.
