i want to see where hornet and hibiki CR goes because i'm not sure WHERE it's gonna go but i am definitely sure its going to be an experience for both of them

That sounds like a plan. Sometimes the most unpredictable CR is the most fun!

I look forward to Hibiki figuring out into which category she should sort her tiny doll of Hornet. Because geniuses make value judgments about the people they know by setting up cardboard boxes with labels like SENTENCE ENDER and IDIOT and then tossing tiny dolls into them, thereby providing their players with their version of a canonical CR chart, yes? This is a genius thing to do.
